^ The history of mankind and especially of us believers the Book of Revelation deals with. The same all the believers together would be barely able to write in retrospect. But imagine. God wrote this history in advance, before the foundation of the world, so that He would be feared (cf. Rev. 13:8b / Eccl. 3:14-15).

5$,5T: The fifth Sardisean church age, the Reformation revival, began in the year 1520 and ended somewhere after 1750 (6i§6(8)10, 1-7$).
When all the revivals of the Reformation had ended, the fifth trumpet was blown.
5-7T1-3W,5sS5T: In addition, the last three trumpets and the three woe-cries / world wars belong together (and literally drive the right Israelites back to the land of Israel and to God) (7c and 7d§67₁14).
{Not only the fifth trumpet speaks solely of the Jewish people. Too, the contents of the secret of the fifth seal belongs to the Jews and began to become clear to them who had come to faith (6l§6(8)10, 5$s and 5S; 7a§67₁14, 5$sS).}

5T: The trumpet’s symbol said, Rev. 9:1-6, <Then the fifth angel sounded his trumpet, and I saw a star that had fallen from heaven to earth, and it was given the key to the pit of the Abyss. 2. The star opened the pit of the Abyss, and smoke rose out of it like the smoke of a great furnace, and the sun and the air were darkened by the smoke from the pit. 3. And out of the smoke, locusts descended on the earth, and they were given power like that of the scorpions of the earth. 4. They were told not to harm the grass of the earth or any plant or tree, but only those who did not have the seal of God on their foreheads. 5. They [locusts] were not given power to kill them, but only to torment them for five months, and their torment was like the stinging of a scorpion. 6. In those days men will seek death and will not find it; they will long to die, but death will escape them.>
In the Book of Revelation, a star represents a believer in whom the Holy Spirit lives or a person who is on his way to be born from above. And a fallen star represents a believer who has spiritually died (cf. 9i§89₁156, Gen. 37:9-10).
¤ From this time on, in different parts of the world, one or a few spiritually dead believers received an innumerable amount of demons at their disposal. That's how God simply allowed it.
Usually grasshoppers eat grass and plants and trees, but it was forbidden. Instead, they were supposed to harm people without killing them. People who did not have the Seal of God on their foreheads. That is, every person who was not (yet) born a child of God by breathing the Holy Spirit (cf. Eph. 1:13-14).
¤ A scorpion’s lifespan is about five months, so these scorpions are dangerous from beginning to end. The followers of the founders of such a false gospel learned from the beginning to spread the same heresies in the streets and everywhere. Likewise, each of their disciples learned from the beginning to approach other people. It has affected societies in such a way that the meaning of life has been increasingly lost. The Contents and Hope of God's Word have been darkening and disappearing. People long for death, yet 'death will escape them'.
Examples of believers and their organizations that arose at that time and have continued to act fearlessly to this day include: Ellen G. White (1827-1915) and the Seventh-day Adventist Church, Joseph Smith Jr. (1805-1844) and his Mormon organization, Charles Taze Russell (1852-1916) and Jehovah's Witnesses.
¤ They predicted things for which there is no biblical ground, but for which apparent explanations have been found.
In the same period Charles R. Darwin (1809-1882) had grown up, who developed his evolution theory. It has become a belief of scientists (and all), who do not want to believe in God at all. Any colleague or science publisher who writes something against it, is threatened with excommunication, exclusion of research work, or being boycotted.
