3S: The Lamb opened the third seal, Rev. 6:5-6, <And when it [the Lamb] opened the third seal, I heard the third living creature say, “Come!” Then I looked and saw a black horse, and its rider held in his hand a pair of scales. 6. And I heard what sounded like a voice from among the four living creatures, saying, “A quart of wheat for a denarius, and three quarts of barley for a denarius, and do not harm the oil and wine.”>
The rider of the first and second seals continued on a black horse. Again he changed his ministry.
5-6$3S: With the Reformation (1520 – 1906…), the spiritual power of the Roman Church shrank. But not its political power. In addition to that, the devil is the overall leader of the political world based on Jesus' words (4a§1317, Mat. 4:8-10).
With the powers of the nations, Satan continued to kill at a big scale many believers and people. Especially in and with Europe, where the center of the popes of Rome was (and is).
¤ For a long time the world's most powerful weapons were invented in Europe and globally much property was destroyed. Also industry developed enormously, and globally the rich became richer and the poor poorer. In this way wheat and barley have become more expensive all the time.
As dark political rule intensified, the Truth of God's Word became all the time brighter to Jesus' saints, who had been filled with the Oil of the Holy Spirit (cf. Zec. 4:1-6 and Rm. 5:20).
¤ Oli has stimulated them everywhere. Wine stimulates and excites to rejoice and shout. The Revealing of God's Word has filled believers with joy and noise.
As Peter explained when the Holy Spirit was poured out for the first time, Acts 2:15-17a, <“…. These men are not drunk, as you suppose. It is {only} the third hour of the day! 16. No, this is what was spoken by the prophet Joel: 17. ‘In the last days, God says, I will pour out My Spirit on all people. ….’ ”>
